I have been working with SCOE for more than 16 years since the inception of the department. Dynamism at the top level and freedom to individual for working are the key points of success of SCOE in a short span of 20 years and particularly for civil department.  The scenic beauty in the campus and work culture in SCOE and STES motivates me to be here for longer duration. The responsibilities entrusted give an opportunity to individual to excel in all walks of education field.

Dr. S. S. Angalekar

It is a great pleasure in being a part of STES family. I have been working with SCOE from July 2012. Disciplined work culture, day to day systematic administration, opportunity to us to work under the brand name of STES as an individual are the key points of achieving personal growth in myself within very  short span of 4 years. Responsibilities (Information Management Committee co-ordinator, PG Co-ordinator, CAP Director, various committee memberships) shouldered on me, have given me confidence. Scenic beauty, well planned amenities in the campus, fulfilling the day to day needs (Staff Quarter, school, bank, clinic, play area etc.) motivates me to be here for longer duration.

It’s my privilege in being with this organization since many years because the SINHGAD TECHNICAL EDUCATION SOCIETY is recognised globally as a front-runner in the field of education and research. Reputed for the admirable calibre of students graduating from its undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, the institute attracts the top students from the country for its bachelor's, masters and doctoral programmes. Research and academic programmes at STES are driven by an excellent teacher, many of whom are reputed for their research contributions worldwide. The alumni have distinguished themselves through their achievements in and assistances to industry, academics, research, business, government and social areas. The institute continues to work closely with the alumni to improve its activities through interactions in academic and research programmes.

I feel privileged for having being given an opportunity to work at SCOE for the past 17 years. The journey at SCOE has been very smooth and joyous leading to fulfilment of numerous professional and personal accomplishments along with addition of such motivating peers, colleagues and obedient students to my list of friends.

SCOE, a flower in the vase of the STES. As a faculty member, I am associated to with the society from its inception. The motive behind the development was technological upbringing of the society with cultural background. The wholehearted support from top management is the success key for SCOE.
